The hotel offers very nice, comfy, and clean rooms, though the air conditioning didn't work properly. The service was extremely charming and helpful, especially Yousef who was professional and attentive. The location is excellent, minutes from the center, with easy access to public transportation. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but didn't affect the comfort level as I spent most of the day exploring outside. They were sparkly clean and stocked with basic toiletries, which was great. The layout was exceptional, very well organized and exceptionally clean. Having a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer in the bathroom was convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were small but comfy and perfectly clean; I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Prague. The service was excellent, especially from Yousef, who was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The location was good, especially if you don't mind walking a bit. The dining experience was lovely with a different selection each morning. Overall, a great value for money with so many positives to highlight.
